The Need

Kansas City has around $1 billion in city contracts - but only 10% of local KC contractors bid on the projects.

The Problem

Why so few local bidders? While they had the skill, they lacked funding and bonding to bid on and complete the contracts.

The Solution

To help these contractors, and to help Kansas City, we created the Civic Contractor Funding Program.
